This is a great location for family and friends to gather together to enjoy all the activities and beauty of the Southern Appalachian Blue Ridge Mountains.

Property Highlights: Authentic rustic metal red roof with a true rocking chair front porch.  Enjoy the large living space with wood burning fireplace that leads out to big open deck with mountain views. Well appointed walk-thru kitchen leads to dining area surrounded by windows to the mountain views too! Master suite with queen bedroom with walk-in closet and large bathroom also on main level.
Downstairs features a huge family room with another fireplace, pool table, sitting area, extra beds leading to the large lower level deck. One guest bedroom downstairs has a queen bedroom, while another guest bedroom downstairs has two twin beds. This home is close to private Hogback Lake & Lake Fairfield for nearby fishing and canoeing and is a short drive to the center of Sapphire Valley Resort, and only a short distance to town.

Sapphire Valley Resort Amenity Information:

All short-term rental or lease cards will be white cards (no picture) and will be $2.00/day per person for a minimum of 3 days and maximum of 6 months.

Real estate agencies and/or individual owners wishing to rent out their homes must send a rental/lease agreement with all renters when they come to the Community Center for card pick-up.

Renters will need to present ID to obtain these cards. The number of children under the age of fourteen (14) will be placed on the accompanied adults cards.

PLEASE READ IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION:

North Carolina Requires a written Rental Agreement to be signed, you will receive this via email after you book and have 7 days to return it. You can print it, fill it out, and email if back to us, you can mail it, or we can send you an electronic version via DocuSign for you to complete. You will also receive a Guest List to fill out with the names and ages of everyone in your party in order to obtain Sapphire Valley Amenity Passes for your stay. These Documents are required to fully confirm your booking, any reservation missing these documents is subject to cancellation.

Cancellation Policy: 100% of paid prepayments are refundable when cancelled 30 days before arrival or earlier. (-$100 Cancellation Fee) 50% of paid prepayments are refundable when cancelled 14 days before arrival or earlier. (-$100 Cancellation Fee) 0% refundable if cancelled after, unless the property can be re-booked under the same terms for the same time period with no loss to the owner.

Security Deposit: A Credit Card Pre-Authorization of 10% is due 1 day before arrival and released 7 days after departure.

Payment Schedule: 50% due at time of booking. Remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.
