The upstairs loft bedroom features 2 twin upper bunk beds (accessible by ladder), with a play area/seating underneath, perfect for kids or the young at heart, and also a 1/2 bath. There is also 1 twin futon in the upstairs bedroom, and 1 twin foldaway bed on the main level.

Cleaning Fee: $250

Sapphire Valley Resort Amenity Information:

This home comes with the option to purchase Sapphire Valley Resort amenities. You may join for $5/day or $25/week per person. Your amenity card will allow access to 2 outdoor swimming pools, Indoor heated pool, 2 hot tubs, wet sauna, exercise room, arcade, ping pong, pool, outdoor miniature golf, horseshoes, basketball courts, tennis courts, playground, track, picnic tables, community center, organized excursions to Cherokee and the Biltmore House in Asheville, a 9 hole (par 3) golf course, Fairfield Lake boating amenities and discounts on lift tickets and rentals during the winter season.

Real estate agencies and/or individual owners wishing to rent out their homes must send a rental/lease agreement with all renters when they come to the Community Center for card pick-up.

Renters will need to present ID to obtain these cards. The number of children under the age of fourteen (14) will be placed on the accompanied adults cards.

North Carolina Requires a written Rental Agreement to be signed, you will receive this via email after you book and have 7 days to return it. You can print it, fill it out, and email if back to us, you can mail it, or we can send you an electronic version via DocuSign for you to complete. You will also receive a Guest List to fill out with the names and ages of everyone in your party in order to obtain Sapphire Valley Amenity Passes for your stay. These Documents are required to fully confirm your booking, any reservation missing these documents is subject to cancellation.

Cancellation Policy: 100% of paid prepayments are refundable when cancelled 30 days before arrival or earlier. (-$100 Cancellation Fee) 50% of paid prepayments are refundable when cancelled 14 days before arrival or earlier. (-$100 Cancellation Fee) 0% refundable if cancelled after, unless the property can be re-booked under the same terms for the same time period with no loss to the owner.

Security Deposit: A Credit Card Pre-Authorization of 10% is due 1 day before arrival and released 7 days after departure.

Payment Schedule: 50% due at time of booking. Remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.
