Welcome to Needlepine Lodge! This fabulous 3 bedroom + bonus bunk room, 3 bathroom log home, that can sleep up to 12 people, is in the heart of the Sapphire Valley Resort, walking distance to most amenities and many restaurants. Enjoy the gentle property with easy access and level driveway in the gated Country Club Estates community.
Property Highlights: The living room features exposed beams and a stone, gas fire place. The bright kitchen has a small breakfast table for 4, in the dining room a table seats 8 and can be expanded to fit 12. From the kitchen, access the back deck which includes an outdoor dining table with an umbrella. Off the living room is the master bedroom with a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk in shower. Upstairs, two guest bedrooms have king beds under cathedral ceilings and private en-suite bathrooms with walk in showers. Between the two guest rooms, a bonus room has two sets of bunk beds with twins on top and full beds on the bottom. This home is an especially great location if you plan to add the Sapphire Valley amenities, and is within walking distance of The Country Club of Sapphire Valley, The Library Kitchen and Bar, Slopeside Tavern, and Mica's restaurant.
Renters have access to the Sapphire Valley Resort amenities for a minimal daily fee. Sapphire Valley residents enjoy access to 2 outdoor swimming pools, Indoor heated pool, 2 hot tubs, wet sauna, exercise room, arcade, ping pong, pool, outdoor miniature golf, horseshoes, basketball courts, tennis courts, playground, track, picnic tables, community center, organized excursions to Cherokee and the Biltmore House in Asheville, a 9 hole (par 3) golf course, Fairfield Lake boating amenities and discounts on lift tickets and rentals during the winter season.

North Carolina Requires a written Rental Agreement to be signed, you will receive this via DocuSign after you book. Please review and click to sign and complete. You will also receive a Guest List to fill out with the names and ages of everyone in your party in order to obtain Sapphire Valley Amenity Passes for your stay. These Documents are required to fully confirm your booking, any reservation missing these documents is subject to cancellation.
Sapphire Valley Resort Amenity Information:
All short-term rental or lease cards will be white cards (no picture) and will be $3.00/day per person for a minimum of 3 days and maximum of 6 months.
Real estate agencies and/or individual owners wishing to rent out their homes must send a rental/lease agreement with all renters when they come to the Community Center for card pick-up.
Renters will need to present ID to obtain these cards. The number of children under the age of fourteen (14) will be placed on the accompanied adults cards.

Cancellation Policy: 100% of paid prepayments are refundable when cancelled 30 days before arrival or earlier. (-$100 Cancellation Fee) 50% of paid prepayments are refundable when cancelled 14 days before arrival or earlier. (-$100 Cancellation Fee) 0% refundable if cancelled after, unless the property can be re-booked under the same terms for the same time period with no loss to the owner.
Security Deposit: A Credit Card Pre-Authorization of 10% is due 1 day before arrival and released 7 days after departure.
Payment Schedule: 50% due at time of booking. Remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.
